菩薩為了成就眾生的緣故，所以願意攝取佛國淨土，可是雖然願意攝取佛國淨土，這個佛國淨土不可以在虛空中建立，所以一切法空是建立不了佛國淨土的，只有眾生的實相心如來藏才能夠建立佛國的淨土。

In order to benefit and guide the sentient beings to theBuddhahood-Way, a bodhisattva is willing to build up aBuddha’s pure land. However, even if he is willing to doso, the Buddha’s pure land cannot be established in thevoid; therefore, the emptiness of all dharmas cannot beused to build up any Buddha’s pure land. Only with thetrue minds—Tathagatagarbhas—of sentient beings can aBuddha’s pure land be built up.
